Stall Holder Application
Applications due by the 1st of the month.
The Committee have their selection meeting to view all applications at the beginning of each month. Written acceptance will be forwarded to you subsequently. Preference is given to applicants who can provide something different or unusual and whose goods clearly fit the guidelines set by the Stallholders Committee. ie: Hand Made, Handcrafted or Home Grown.
Please note: Your initial application will only be processed if you provide the following:
- Photographs of all items offered for sale unless previously sent.
- Food applicants must enclose a current copy of their StreetTrader/food handling certificates and insurance certificate.
Sites
Casual sites are rotated monthly. You are able to unload your car in the morning at your site and then free all day parking is available and these details will be on the site map for all successful applicants. Depending on your vehicle size and stall setup, you may be able to park your vehicle on your site. Please feel free to discuss this with the Coordinator once your application has been accepted.
Stall Fees
- Casual stallholders day rate (insurance included) $47
- If you require electricity, add $11 per market
- If you're selling hot food, add $11 per market
- If you require insurance for market day, add $13
*Christmas Markets
- Regular Day Rate (insurance included) $60
- Hot Food Stall (insurance included) $70, add $11 if electricity is required
- If you require insurance for market day, add $13

Once the Committee has approved an application, payment can be made via direct deposit into the following account:
